This book brings out the importance the Psalms are in our daily lives.  The Psalms are there when we are in trouble, and when we are blessed.  This book categorizes the Psalms having similar themes together, and Mr. Abner lets us journal our thoughts and emotions to these Psalms.  It is a very thought provoking book.    I recommend this book for Bible Study, and daily devotions.  It may also be a very good evangelism tool.
