If you are looking for a good study Bible that shows the scripture in the order that they happened, this is the Bible for you.  I think that every Bible scholar should have a chronological Bible in their library.   Written in the NKJV, it is easy to read.  Diagrams and maps, illustrations are in full color.  The imitation leather cover and binding make it durable and will last a long time.

Honestly, I did not know how to approach the review on this Bible.  It is not your ordinary Bible.  It is written in the event as they actually happened.  This makes it wonderful for putting things in perspective when you are studying out the Bible.  

It is broken down into 9 Epochs.The Epochs Being: Epoch 1: Creation- 2000 B.C.; Epoch 2: 2000-1500 B.C.; Epoch 3: 1500-1200 B.C.; Epoch 4: 1200-930 B.C.; Epoch 5: 930-586 B.C.; Epoch 6: 586-332 B.C.; Epoch 7: 332-37 B.C.; Epoch 8: 37 B.C.- A.D. 30; Epoch 9: A.D. 30-100.

This is a great study tool, and a great way to read your way through the entire Bible.

My Toddler Bible

My Toddler Bible brings out some great truths of the Bible for little children to understand.  It is in big bold print, with beautiful colors and well-drawn illustrations depicting the truths that we want to teach our children.

The book begins with the birth of Christ and ends with his ascension.  The author has chosen some great truths out of the Bible to teach our children.  From the prodigal son to the good Samaritan.

A very cute book that would make a great gift, and a great way to spend time with our children teaching them all about God's Word.

The only concern that I had was int the teaching of Genesis, the author gave the impression that God was tired.  God does not get tired, or rests, He gave us, His children a day of rest to take a day to remember who He is and what He does.  This could have been written to emphasize that this was done for us, not for Him.  Other than that this is a great book to teach our little ones the Word of God.

My Toddler Bible

NKJV, Apply the Word Study Bible, Hardcover, Red Letter Edition

I had the opportunity to review the e-version of this Bible.  I love to study God's Word, and I accepted the opportunity to review this Bible when I was studying out a Bible study.   I will be the first to admit that I prefer print to e-versions, but I wanted this to help me with my study and the e-version was the only one available.

The e-version was easy to navigate and had links to the special notes that were included in the study Bible


There are study maps available, and concordance.  It was a very helpful tool for me to study out for my Bible study.

This would be a great tool for those who don't want to carry around a print copy, it can be transported to Church or Bible studies easily and always on hand.   I still prefer the printed copy, but I am pleased with this e-version.

A Woman Who Doesn't Quit 6 Session Bible Study

Hopefully, you have seen my review on the book "A Woman Who Doesn't Quit" This is the follow along 6 session study.

The James Code

The James Code is an exceptional book written by O.S. Hawkins.  The author has done a wonderful job at presenting the book of James.  It is easy to read, written in a devotional style of writing, and you can see the need to put our faith into action.   I enjoyed studying the book of James, and once you read this book, you will fully understand what the (half) brother of Christ was trying to get across to his readers.   The book of James is so full of information for us, and this book really does help us put it into action.

Each chapter has an explanation of  a selection of verses, such as chapter 13 deals with  true faith in our lives showing consistency  James 1:19-25.  The author explains the verses.  Here the author tells us to be consistent in our talk and our walk.  At the end of each chapter, there is a Just Do It!  That I love, the author is teaching us how to apply these verses and live out our faith!

Not only is the book helpful in our daily walk, but it  has a nice sturdy faux leather cover, it is a size that is handy to take with you wherever you go.   This would make a great gift, and it could be used as a Bible study tool.

5 Habits of a Woman Who Doesn't Quit will take you through a journey, an inward look into your life to find out why we just keep on calling it quits.   In this book, the author helps you to take a look at your life and wonder why is it I can't take things to completion.

The author uses humor, life stories to help teach us how to become a woman who does not quit.  She uses the story of Ruth interwoven throughout life's circumstances to help teach us, Biblically how we should learn not to be quitters.  In all reality, we were not made by God to be a quitter, but a finisher.   I like the quit quitting verses she has given the reader to memorize in the back of the book.  A brilliant idea, and something we all can use.

This is an eye-opening book, that even if we aren't prone to quitting, or have a habit of quitting, it is a good book for all of us women to read.

I can see this book being read independently, or it would make a great study for women to do.
