This is an amazing book! We are told to treat our bodies as temples, but how do we really treat them? Are we over tired, worried? What about the foods we eat? Are they glorifying or will they hurt our "temple"?
This is not another "diet" book, but a way to look at our lifestyle.... a whole new way of thinking. By using our focus, that is our thought process, and our food, and fitness we can turn our lives around.
